What objekto does not design, manufacture or publish, and how to report content. This policy applies to requests, uploaded files, generated designs, gallery publications and orders.

The policy

1. Prohibited

  • Firearms, their parts and accessories (frames, receivers, magazines, suppressors, conversion parts), realistic replicas.
  • Bladed weapons designed as weapons, concealed weapons, knuckle-dusters, objects meant to injure.
  • Security bypass tools: lock picks, copies of other people's security keys, fraud devices (skimmers).
  • Counterfeit money, forged documents.
  • Objects presented as medical devices, implants, personal protective or safety equipment (helmets, car seats, climbing gear, brake parts, aircraft parts).
  • Drug paraphernalia.
  • Counterfeits and reproductions of protected trademarks, logos, characters or designs without the rights.
  • Housings for hidden surveillance.
  • Sexual content involving minors, explicit sexual content, hateful content or content glorifying violence.

2. Restricted

Allowed in private but not in the gallery: non-explicit adult content, non-functional replicas of sensitive objects. “Food-safe”, “dishwasher-safe” or medical claims are removed from public texts.

Projects are public by default: before appearing in the gallery, each one goes through an automatic check of its listing, a list of characters, brands and well-known people, and the licence of imported files. A project that fails it stays private.

Manufacturers may also refuse content under their own rules; the order is then refunded.

3. When a request is refused

The refusal is neutral and costs nothing. The agent replies: “I can't design this object: it falls into the categories prohibited by our content policy. I can help you with something else.” Repeated prohibited requests may suspend creation while we check.

4. Reporting content

Every public design and profile has a “Report” link. You give the reason (weapon, rights infringement, dangerous, shocking content, spam…) and, if you don't have an account, your email: rights holders can report without an account.

We review every report diligently. The decision is reasoned and notified to the creator and to the person who reported; clearly illegal content is removed without delay.

5. Appeals

The creator or the person who reported can challenge the decision by replying to the message received, from Feedback and support, or at support@objekto.io. A transparency report is published every year if the regulatory thresholds are reached.
