How it works
The creator's text, in FrenchChaque roue a son axe imprimé dans la même pièce : l'axe Ø 8 mm traverse un bossage de la caisse avec 0,5 mm de jeu et la roue tourne librement. Au bout de l'axe, une tête fendue se clipse dans la caisse et retient la roue (retenue de 0,6 mm par côté). Les branches de la tête se déforment de 2,5 % pour une limite de 7 %, donc elles reviennent en place. L'axe encaisse un choc latéral de 100 N à 13,9 MPa pour une limite de 50 MPa. Le contact axe / bossage reste à 1,1 MPa.
